Panel Discussion: Burnt Roti presents Our Bond to Our Culture

Host Prishita Maheshwari-Aplin (they/them) speaks to Burnt Roti cover stars Shiva Raichandani (they/them) and Sabah Choudrey (they/he) about how they nurture a connection to their culture - with ritual, expression and art.

The talk will be followed by a Q+A and then join us in celebrating Eid with samosas and chai!

Prishita (they/them) is a writer, LGBTQ+ community organiser, and campaigner for Greenpeace UK.

Shiva (they/them) is a film and TV director, producer, screenwriter, dancer, and actor.

Sabah (they/he) is a writer, speaker, Vice Chair at Inclusive Mosque Initiative and Senior Youth Work Practitioner at Gendered Intelligence.
