2023 Events Wrap up Session & 2024 Outdoor Park Events Launch

Gunnersbury CIC would like to thank everyone who attended the meeting and for your valuable feedback and contribution.
We have changed the format of these sessions, to allow all of you to express your thoughts and concerns directly with us as well as the organisers of each event. Our aim was to discuss points from a residents’ point of view in a much more personable way and the response to the new format was overwhelmingly positive.
Below you will find a roundup of actions and improvements from 2022 to 2023 and a summary of debrief points on the 2023 events that were raised by you and discussed in the meeting.
Compared to 2022 we were able to reduce resident complaints by 28% in 2023. This result came about through listening to your feedback and working with the event organisers and key stakeholders to make changes, which benefit all of us.
Although we have made vast improvements compared to previous years - which would not have been possible without your input - we recognise that there have also been a number of shortfalls that need further improvement.
We’re committed to continue working with all of you to make further improvements which benefit the local community.
