Internal Staff Event Bookings

If you are from an internal department at Gunnersbury Park & Museum and want to host an event or meeting, please read through the attached document before filling out the form below as thoroughly as you can.

All events are processed and managed through the Commercial Sales and Events team, who will respond to you as soon as possible to start the planning process. Events for under 20 attendees require a minimum notice of 5 working days, and events for over 20 attendees require a minimum notice of 10 working days.

All pricing for internal events is done at cost and shall be charged back to the establishment you are employed by. A summary of costings can be found in the attached document for your perusal.

Please describe your event, including the title of it, i.e. "Early years play workshop for families called 'Little Flamingoes'."

Add which extra spaces you may need and their purpose in regards to your event
Please let us know the date and start time you would like your event to be
Please include yourself, if you are attending, in the total number
Please include those less mobile, wheelchair users, those with assistance dogs, hard of hearing or visually impaired guests
We have 10 free pre-bookable car parking spaces available. We will require the Vehicle Registration Numbers of any car that wants to pre-book these spaces.

If full catering (hot food and canapes) is required, we will contact you to discuss menu options

For example: x3 Vegan, x8 Vegetarian
Please note that 1x Security Officer is required if alcohol is sold on site.

What do you require for your set-up?

Please include (if necessary): lighting colour, music playlist or any personalised decorations and if you will personally be supplying them. Any electrical equipment must be PAT tested before use - please inform us of any non PAT tested equipment beforehand.
Please detail any signage you might need and where it should be placed, e.g. 'No photography permitted.'
