Stir-up Sunday at Gunnersbury
Step back in time and discover what it was like to be a Victorian servant preparing for Christmas in a grand mansion. Through interactive role play, children will take on the jobs of the servants who worked behind the scenes to make the festive season possible.
Learn about Victorian Christmas foods and traditions and try your hand at grinding sugar and spices, rolling pastry, stirring a traditional plum pudding, and helping with other festive preparations as you experience the hustle and bustle of a Victorian Christmas.
With festive decoration making and plenty of hands-on activities, it's the perfect way to get in the Christmas spirit.
