Movement and Still Meditations: An Intermediate Class to Tai Chi and Qigong

Advance your skills in Tai Chi and Qigong

Join Faeeza Keshavjee from Chimoves to learn the healing energy arts of Tai Chi and Qigong through some simple practices which will include movement, breathwork, mindfulness and energy awareness.

In this Intermediate course you will learn more Qigong exercises and further your practice of Infinite Tai Chi stage one.

Please only book the Intermediate Course if you have completed the course with Faeeza last year.

All the exercises will be gentle and soft and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. However, if you have any medical conditions please do seek your doctors approval before undertaking any form of physical exercise.

We are able to offer refunds up to two weeks before the event.
