The next stage of Gunnersbury’s regeneration has now begun..
Major repair works have started on the Small Mansion and the East Stables, thanks to generous funding from Highways England and Historic England. This repairs stage will repair roofs and address structural faults; the works are expected to last approx. 12 months. A future stage will focus on conversion works to make the buildings useable.
As feasible uses of the buildings are still being explored, we are not taking formal expressions of interest at this time. We will be issuing more information about future uses and inviting interest from potential partners in due course.
We hope our visitors will bear with us during this period of major repairs, and we look forward to seeing these beautiful historic buildings restored.
