Diwali with Chef Nitisha
Chef Nitisha’s talk will focus on her journey and transition from being a corporate professional to now being self-employed and running her own food consultancy business – the challenges, successes and what kept her motivated.
For Nitisha, Diwali is a time for reflection and for setting personal and professional goals. She’ll discuss how she celebrates Diwali and demonstrate one of her favourite dishes – Samosa Channa Chaat, which is simple to make and beautiful once assembled.
Free, but spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can reserve your space on the day at the museum reception.
